Simplicity

The method of this machine-designing simplifies the necessities of common bag machines including wire drawing machine, circular loom, plastic injection machine, film-coating machine, printing machine, etc, by one-time forming with advanced technology.
The whole machine accepts the technology from the beginning of feeding of papers, transporting the yarn, glue to the yarn and form the film, to the following processes of bag-forming, bag-compounding, edge-folding, printing, mircopore-making, bag-cutting, and counting etc, in automation totally.

Excellence

The machine has excellent properties with quick bag-making speed in 15-25 bags/min, double color printing and smooth running. The entire bags bottom is suitable to the traditional sewing and pasting sealing methods, and also can be made based on customized request.

Compactness

Since the structure of this machine has the feature of compactness in reasonable, it has no special conditions to the factory building. The plain bungalow is enough.

Technological Process

Warp yarn in 416 spindles distributing -- Inner papers feeding and loop forming —Warp yarn gluing on groove – Warp yarn and weft yarn forming net film with 15°angles –- double-color printing on outer paper and transporting --- Laminating on inner paper and bag shaping ---(Micro holes making)---(M edge folding)---Bags cutting and counting---Finishing products.
